Whitemarsh Elementary School celebrates classroom families with a fun feud

Whitemarsh Elementary School celebrated the end of its One School, One Book program with a family feud between the kindergarten and first-grade teachers and the second- and third-grade teachers.

During an assembly for the whole school, teachers squared off to answer questions based on class polls about the book "The World According to Humphrey," which was the story everyone in Whitemarsh read this year. In addition to gathering students' answers for questions based on the book, there were also some generic questions like "Name something that is hot." Teachers Rachel Bell and Kristin Turner hosted the face-off between teachers.

It was a close match, but the kindergarten/first-grade teacher team came out on top! The real win was the celebration of the families that have been formed throughout the school year in each class.
