The NFL Draft

By Cameron Moore (6th)

The NFL Draft is right around the corner, and it is one of the most anticipated drafts in recent memory. While there is no question who the Chicago Bears are taking at number one, the rest of the draft is up in the air. Who else will be picked where?

In case you didn’t guess the near-unanimous first pick, it is USC QB Caleb Williams, who is a very bright talent that will very likely be at the top of the draft class. However, players such as North Carolina QB Drake Maye, Michigan QB JJ McCarthy, Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr, and LSU QB Jayden Daniels are likely in the top five, or at least top five contenders.

There have also been multiple draft pick trades made in the days leading up to the draft, and don’t be surprised to see teams trade for top talent during the actual event in Detroit!

Notre Dame OT Joe Alt and LSU WR Malik Nabers are also very solid top 10 picks in my opinion. Obviously, who you think is going to go where depends on the person, so everyone will have different opinions on this, and that is really what makes the draft so hard to predict. But, these are just a few shouts to players who I believe to go high.

I’m really excited to see how the draft unfolds tonight, and who knows? Maybe we’ll get some shockers…
