Hello baseball fans! Teddy Schupack giving you your weekly update on the Phillies and everything going on around the MLB.

First, Schwarber has been dominant throughout these last two series. I went to the game on the 10th, where he hit two homers. He has just been hitting so many home runs, and he now leads the league. Speaking of homers, Justin Crawford also got two home runs, one in the series vs. the Rockies and the other at the Red Sox. For Crawford, this is a good sign, especially knowing that he does not hit many home runs. I want to talk about Andrew Painter also. I like Painter, but I think it is probably hard for him to adjust to the majors. Also, it is probably hard when the team expects you to be the face of the franchise as a pitcher in a few years.

I have to make this short, but something pretty crazy is happening with a Padres player. That player is Gavin Sheets. The thing that he has done is hit three three-run home runs, all in the ninth inning. Also, the Reds beat the Nationals 15 to 1. JJ Bleday got two homers in that game.

That’s all for today. Thanks for reading.
